SOULCORE is a prayer experience that pairs core strengthening, stretching and functional movement with the prayers of the Rosary.

This Catholic Lay Apostolate will be a vendor at the 2017 Columbus Catholic Women’s Conference.

SoulCore is a sensory experience that combines candlelight, music, scripture, reflections and movement to nourish body, mind and soul and to encourage prayer on the mysteries and virtues of the Rosary.

SoulCore is a movement all its own, engaging body and soul in prayer, while fully orienting the heart and mind toward Christ.

SoulCore is an invitation to the world to integrate body and soul in prayer while discovering the beauty of the Rosary; a gentle path to grow in virtue and interior peace while praying the Rosary in a group setting.

Lori Crock, a St. Joseph-Plain City parishioner, is a SoulCore Leader in central Ohio. Lori is leading SoulCore at parishes and other locations in the Columbus Diocese.

The SoulCore logo, an intertwined A&M, signifies “Auspice Maria” Latin for “under the protection of Mary.” May you always be under her protection!
