AM 820 and the Columbus Catholic Conferences, Focused on the Same Goal

The Columbus Catholic Women’s Conference has been blessed to work with St. Gabriel Catholic Radio AM 820 as a partner since the second Women’s and Men’s conferences.

AM 820 has watched their involvement grow as their mission is united with the conferences to provide quality programming that is faithful to the teachings of the Catholic Church.

AM 820 presents programming that inspires conversion of heart and a deepening of our faith while building up the local body of Christ. Their overarching goal is to bring souls to Christ and to His Church … and the Women’s Conference is an event that brings many women to a deeper relationship with Christ.

Starting in January, 2015, St. Gabriel Catholic Radio AM 820 has teamed with both the Women’s and Men’s conferences to host a LIVE Radio Registration Kick-off about a month before the event.

This fun and exciting kick-off gives a forum to local Catholic women who have been involved in the Women’s Conference as a volunteer for many years, such as: Michele Faehnle, Julie Naporano, Jo Ann Wilson, Emily Jaminet, and many others who go on the air to encourage other women to take time out to listen to God and register for the Women’s Conference.

The radio kick-off has developed into an evangelization springboard so that now many women actively invite friends to the conference, carpool, and develop new friendships that last long after the Conference.

AM 820 staff and volunteers encourage you to invite family and friends to this year’s conferences. Pray for them. Listen to them. Help them. Both the Men’s and Women’s conferences remind us that our purpose in life is to not only make it to heaven, but to take as many people with us as we can.
