It has come to our attention once again that there is a phishing scam claiming to have the list of all the Women’s Conference attendee emails for sale. The scammer does not have a list and will take your money and give you nothing in return. We do not sell our email list. The list of organizations that we allow to have access to your email are: our registration software, GatheringLine; our credit card processor, Stripe; and our email software, MailChimp. Parking Tips You Should Know

Especially with the cold weather, we’d like you to be prepared for some temporary changes this year with parking. Due to construction at the Ohio Expo Center, we’ve had to make some accommodations.

Below is a parking map along with some important notes.

• There is a 200 yard walk from the drop-off point, see black star on map, to the Kasich Hall entrance doors.
• The conference will have 4 school buses that will be operating to move folks closer to the building to the drop-off point (black star on the map). Bus pickups are the black squares on the map.
• To keep wait times to a minimum, we encourage anyone that is able to please arrive 10-15 minutes earlier than usual and consider walking from the parking lots to Kasich Hall entrance. This is so we leave room on the buses for those that most need assistance. However, if there is no long line at the shuttle stop, feel free to use the bus!
• Accessible parking is the lot in turquoise on the map and that will also have an ADA shuttle -a 22-passenger airport-type shuttle bus that will get closer to the entrance than the school buses can, see turquoise star on the map.
• For any parish that has rented a bus or van to transport to the conference, your bus will be directed to unload at the black star on the map. If you need to ride the ADA shuttle, you will be able to access that shuttle from the parking lot next to the drop-off.

Regular Tickets are $50. Student tickets are $35 and religious are always free.
